I don't hand you a strategy deck and disappear. I co-build with you. I sit inside your decisions, your trade-offs, your fires. We work shoulder-to-shoulder until the problem is solved and the next one shows up.

The format is simple: 90-minute weekly sessions where we dig into whatever matters most that week. Between calls, you have me on Slack for async questions, pressure tests, and the moments that can't wait until Tuesday.
